Shift Knob Size:
Actual shift knobs are approx. the size of a standard shift knob, fitting in the palm of your hand, and tapering towards the base where it mounts to your actual shifter. Approx. 2.5" in diameter.
Shift Knob Weight:
Shift knobs are constructed from a lightweight resin product that maintains durability and strength, but sheds some of the weight from OEM shift knobs. Shift knob weight is approx. 12 oz.
Image Size:
Shift knob image inserts are roughly 2"x 2". You can have your image or logo cropped to a smaller size if prefer, but it won't cover the base of the shift knob (see videos).
Fitment:
Our knobs can be made to fit any shifter. The best way is to fit the knob to your shift lever is to find a nut that fits the threads on your shifter, drill out enough to sink the nut flush, then epoxy or JB weld works really well to secure the nut to the knob. NOTE: You must drill and tap or use insert to fit your own application.
Cleaning & Polishing:
Cleaning your aftermarket shift knob is easy, but you must only use mild cleaners. You can use any car cleaning products on your knob, but do not use any abrasives or scratching may occur. To bring your knob back to life try using any automotive wax.
